    Due to an injury, i was out of the gym for 3.5 months. Was 208, leaned down to 200 for the summer then fucked up my back! I was pretty depressed and realy didnt eat worth a damn while recovering and dropped to 187#. back up to 193 after a month in the gym.
    Here is what i started today 11/05



    D-bol 40 mg/day -(weeks 1-4)
    Test cyp 800mg/wk -(weeks 1-12)
    Deca 600mg/wk-(weeks 1-12)
    Test prop 100mg/eod (wks 12-16)
    Methyl 1-test/20mg/day-(wks12-16)
    Aromasin 25mg/eod entire cycle
    pct with clomid and nolva, may include hcg, and of course I will continue to run 10iu/slin 4 wks on/ wks off, entire time.

            looks sweet,

            enjoy,let us know how its going,i am around same weightish and also just got on to my main one,keen to see how the deca differs to my eq,everything considered(maybe your genetics blow my gains out the water )

              Ok I bought a few bottles of Sydgroup test to give a try and compare with the qv cyp. I have been hearing lots of contradicting stories on sydgroup as far as pain. My first shot of the sydgroup was 2cc in right quad(didnt mix with the deca to see how the pain would be). Well 2 days later, and havent felt a thing!!

                205# this morning! The test is just starting to kick in,so hopefully I dont get sick or back trouble, and I should see some good gains. I know muscle memory helped me out early on, but the strength is starting to really pick up. Curious to see what the m1t will do for me at the end.

                        Oh yeah, I decided on running the deca at 400mg a week rather than the 600mg. i decided that may of been a bit high!

                            Week 7.

                            Only gained 2 pounds this week, but mainly due to, I was working Midnight shift all week, and rest and diet really suffer on this shift. However strength is through the roof! They should have hung that fucker Henrey Ford, for starting the whole "shift work" bullshit!
