Its almost over , but here goes!
I'm 5'9 220 at about 21%bf
Started september 7th
500mg week test e (qv test 250)
35mg dbol day (ref-b)
2 weeks in was up about 8lbs and did not feel much!
bumped the dbol up to 50mg a day!
The end of the 3rd week was getting awsome pumps! Very srong went up on every lift! bloated alot! holding a lot of water.
week 5 stoped the dbol and uped the test to 750 a week!
week 6 feeling good and stronger
week 7 feel the test baby! feel like king kong. still holding water ordered ldex.
weeks 8 & 9 ldex helped still getting stronger up to 247 now! I have been eating very clean (for the most part) the whole time. Have droped some fat! trying to get down about 500g of protein a day! I was only getting about 300 at first had to count and keep trak better! I have been useing EAS total whey! I like it works good for me.
next week is week 10 and my last week. I only wanted to do 10 weeks cause i want to start a new one in jan or feb.
