Dude to be honest DNP I found it overrated. Did it at 600 and yes I was hooooot but didn't lose any weight not then not 2-3 weeks after. I found Phentermine @ 30mg/day much more effective with no sides other than alertness and energetic. Lost about 7 pounds in 2 weeks so far...

I lost over 10 lbs of fat my last dnp cycle and my diet was SHIT. This time my diet is dead on and its for longer. I wonder why you didn't respond to it.

Well i did it gearedups way and took 600 my first day..... i've lost 3 lbs and im soaking wet from sweat. I woke up this morning hot as hell ugh.... I love and hate dnp all at once.

Yes when I took it at 600mgs the first day I felt hot that day most people dont because they dont have it built up in there system if they take a lesser dose!
