Limit stairs , as well, when inflamed. Any kind of movement that brings your knees up and when you sit in a seat. make sure you are not sitting on an angle where your hips are below your knees

oh start slow with the mag. it has a laxative effect.

this I also do morning and night. I have bulging disks and they just do not bother me anymore. again takes months to see effect but if you do it religiously it will help.

They will usually wean you off of that. I have suffered for 9 years, I just take the good days and run with em

So I have been on prednisones for the last 20 days. It has worked very well for me knock the pain down to a three out of 10. 10 being the worst. Today is my last day of my dosage so I'm hoping that it continues to keep progressively getting better. However I have a fear that I was just masking the problem? Just thought I would give you all an update on my sciatic nerve issue. Thanks for all of your help everything here.

It brings down inflammation, not the same as a painkiller. I t affects the bodies cortisone level

lol, no you did not. I had them and I will live. This is a good thing. If I woke up with no pain I would be dead. Always grateful
