Yes... the subject says it all. Moving tenderly with my right shoulder. Injuries BLOW! I've been religiously applying electrical stimulation, along with voodoo flossing, soft tissue work via mashing, mobility and stretching exercises, and it's slowly getting better; however, it's killing my sleep at night. Getting older sucks.

Re: SHOULDER IMPINGEMENT
sorry to hear and I think everyone ends up with something as we age. It is from what we did when we didn't want to listen 20 years previous, lol. I had a friend tell me that she says when you get older, if you wake up feeling GREAT...then you're dead, lolVeritas Vos Liberabit

Re: SHOULDER IMPINGEMENT
The only thing I found that worked for impingement was surgery you can do all of the things your doing to ease a bit. You have so space between your collar bone and shoulder joint I assuming. I had it done twice it was a very easy surgery.

Re: SHOULDER IMPINGEMENT
I suffered for about 8 weeks with impingement back in 1989. Stupid me took the bait being egged on to try this weight on bench at this new gym my bud and I were checking out even though I just did chest two days before. Next day in dr office with severe pain in shoulder. Hurt to raise the arm out to the side but to turn the palm to face forward while in the arm at shoulder height position, omg. Lots of ibuprofen, Ice alternated with heat. Physical therapy to help with range of motion and pain. Even though chest, shoulders and back were out I hit the gym trying to train light arms (no go) and legs. Never realized how much any movement, even just seated calf raises or crunches involved pain increasing when shoulder is screwed up. Good luck bro. Hope you're feeling better soon.
