Also don't sir for long amounts at a time when it is flared up
    This is my problem I have to sit sometimes for long periods of time

      Man we sound like a bunch of old people lol! I'm dealing with some really bad low back issues the last year, I believe most is coming from my hips too...just never enough time in a day to do what I need to do to help it
