post surgery recovery

I have to get a real basic cleaning of my shoulder in the coming months but wondering what people recommend for recovery. Doc said I should be back up in 6-12 weeks. I'd like to keep it closer to the 6 mark. Minor bone shaving in the shoulder.

Fuzo can give you some good tips. He has had 3 shoulder surgeries done. One on one and the other 2 on the other. Never has had one problem with them. Best of luck to you. Do realize also that when they get in there, sometimes they see more to repair as they can only see so much on scans. Diod you ever have a cortisone shot in there?

baby is right if they end up fixing a tear your arm will be fixed to your chest for about 3 months. good luck and do what the docter says and don't get hooked on the pain meds!!!! lol
