    Son yesterday I was finishing up a heavy back day everything was great,went to do my last set,I say down on the back machine reached up to grab the bar and WHAMMO-BOOM-OUCH-FUK @#$%%^&&^%$$%^&**(*(*((&^%$#$$ PEICE OF SHIT I pulled my lat muscle can you friggin beleive that.Omg I was reaching up and just a little shock type bite and I was done.

    Man that sucks, I'm taking the week off and resting cause I've got too many little nagging injures stacking up.

    Had a quick little bite like that in my left shoulder while being stretched out two weeks ago.

          Those stupid little injuries like that are very annoying. No reason for them what so ever and then BAM just out of no where.

            What's even worse is when an injury to one muscle or muscle group prevents you from training another muscle group. Just like this goddamn pec tear I recently incurred. Definitely no chest work, but also can't train back, can't do shoulders, can barely do arms!
