    I gained 23lbs in 2 days


    Of water and I dont know what the fuk happened to me. It started last week or so and I started to feel my legs get tight and full of water which I hardly ever get any water retention. Well the last 2 days I gained 23lbs and I'm a walking water balloon. I just spent 4 hours in the ER trying to figure wtf happened to me. Well it most likely will be the 4 main cortizone injections I got. 1 IN MY LEFT HIP 1 ON MY RIGHT HIP 1 EPIDURAL IN MY L4-L5 1 IN MY L5-S1 AS YOU KNOW CORTIZONE CAN GAIN ALOT OF WATER WEIGHT SO THATS WHAT COULD OF HAPPENED BUT WE DONT KNOW FOR SURE. YES I'M TAKING TNE 3 X A WEEK BUT I DONT THINK I WOULD GAIN 23LBS OF WATER FROM 100MG 3 X A WEEK FROM TNE. I ALSO DO GH 3IUS A DAY. SO ANYWAY THE GAVE ME 4 DAYS WORHT OF LASIX AT 20MG AND I'LL TAKE IT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS BUT IT HAS TO DO WITH ALL THE CORTIZONE INJECTIONS I GOT IN A 10-12 DAY WINDOW OF 4 MAIN SHOTS I HOPE. THEY DID A BUNCH OF HEART TESTS AND EVERYTHING CAME BACK EXCELLENT

      Sounds like celluitis, bro. But it usually affects the calves and ankles. My doctor had me on test gel and I had gained 20 pounds in 8 days.

        Not celluitis they ruled that out

            Cortisone could be the likely culprit but I do Remember you running test suspension. This can do the same.
            Did they prescribe the lasix 2 or 3 times a day? I ask because if you have taken and diuretics at all in the past even if just for high blood pressure, this might not be enough ( for the first day or two) considering the amount of water gain.

                  he just gave me 3 tabs for now until I see my doc monday 1 20mg tab a day for 3 days. I dont know if that 1 tab a day will even do anything so I'm going to do some reading on lasiz

                    I dont know if the suspension could do this I mean my waist down is one big kankle if anyone knows what kancles are there someone who has no calf and just fat from the leg down and thats how I am now. I'm going friggin crazy because I'm a lean kind of a guy and I feel fuk'n bloated from hell its disgusting the way I look. Plus I only take the suspension 3x a week it cant be the suspension. It may add a little little little to this mabey

                      Well I'm sure they told you this at the hospital but keep your feet elevated.
                      Two things with the lasix:
                      1. If you havent used any diuretics before long or short acting, lasix is a loop duiretic (fast acting) and if your body is holding water for any simple reason like too much salt intake, aas use. You should after 1 hour of taking the 20mg lasix should have a full bladder like you've been on a 6 hour road trip drinking a big gulp. This would repeat 2 or three times in the next 2-4 hours.
                      2. Because lasix is a loop duiretic, it is usually prescribed 2xs a day (BID). Why prescribed 1 pill a day is confusing?

                        well i'm on my 2nd lasix at 2mg and i'm pissing more but no improvement it hasnt settled down at all.
