hope you're up kicking a$$ in a few days big man. how bad is getting the epidural? i only had one nerve block done twice both in the area of the hernoa incision and wasn't too painful but just thinking of the needle going into my vertebrae makes me wince for you guys.

These dont hurt at all just a little pressure. You have to take off a week-10 days for it to work 100% and this time i'm doing it no kick boxing no streching nothing until I rest
