    i went to the dr yesturday...he gave me another pill...it an NSAID, but a little stronger wiht another mild pain reliever in it....he gave me 2 refils, but if that dont work or i just cant bear it he wants me to go to a sport medicine facility...we have one of the best near where i live and i can go there...we'll see how this goes...its chronic brutitis is what i gots!!

      Big difference between an acute traumatic injury and a chronic repetitive stress injury.

          If yout elbows dont get better then surgery will help it. If you have bone spurs they will remove it. If you have busitis they will get rid of it and scrap out all the inflammed tissue. But without rest they will not get better

            if havent been mentioned , you can use knee wrapps tight between lifts to get job done thats wat i do.
