after I got all those 14 trigger point shots I'm now feeling better and the pain and my rom is getting better. I would suggest people look more into there trigger points when wieght lifting and injuries

WELL THIS LASTED 6 WEEKS AND I'M BACK IN PAIN AND CANT PRACTISE MY KICK BOXING. I HAVE TO GO BACK AND GET SOME MORE DONE AND GET SOME X-RAYS THIS TIME.
