Femoral Acetabular Impingement (FAI) of the hip

I am a year post op and still am trying to rehab my hip. Seems like biking (outside) helps my hip the most. Now I experience whole left side body pain and sometimes the pain is all over. Still trying to find out what that is all about. I think the 40's are a rough decade in life, lol!

I'm there now. Not hip problems but in my 40's. Uhg, it hurts to say that. Well, anyway... Remember when it took two days for a hurt kneee to heal? Now it's two weeks! Getting old is sad. A necessary evil but sad.
