i am lucky to have your experience and advice, i will give this a go. Thx brutha

Does the bicep ball up when you contract it into a muscle more than it used to? Or seem to jump involuntarily when you contract it? If so you may have a tear.

They are both pretty ballsy as is and no jumping around. I picked up a tire full supination and curled it with my right hand then my left and felt good. I grabbed a light pole and pulled like a row as hard as i could with my right hand then my left hand, and felt good. I made an appointment with a doc but idk if I will go. seems like strength is moving along alright. When life is driving you insane the iron throws ya a bone : )
