            Re: Sciatica

friends. I too suffer from this but started stretching after physical therapy from my pain being so great i almost could not function. This did not help right away but has since reduced my pain and numbness by 85% over 6 months. Within 2 weeks I had some decent relief. Every morning before my shower I stretch for 5-15 minutes (prefer 15 but sometimes I do not have time) Also do 5-10 minutes of stretching before bed. A side effect of this is my flexibility is WAY better. I also stretch my abs, quads and shoulders but they are ancillary to the main stretches for my sciatica.

Hope this helps you, it made a world of difference for me.

              Re: Sciatica

I think it hits the majority of us at one time or another, in our lives. Fuzo stay off that bike and stairs to give that a rest. Also recline in blast off mode in your lazy boy instead of sitting normally...I will be ok with that for a short time, lol

Huge fan of PT, coupled with dry needling if there is an identifiable low back spasm/problem area. Quick burst of prednisone/kenalog helpful as well, and when indicated traction via machine or using body weight to unload the lumbars. I have had decent luck with TB500 for local inflammation in low back but if it’s got a lot of pathology there (don’t know what your MRI looks like) probably not. Good luck, hope it quiets down soon.

Along with the stretching, pregnenolone seems to help me. It's good for reducing inflammation.

Along with stretching, pregnenolone helps me(10mg per day). Preg is good to help reduce inflammation.
