I am grateful Lady Gaga shared her story... I often do not tell people I have fibro because many tend to e judgemental, besides the fact that I keep my things to myself. When I watched her documentary, her pain resonated so much with me. She talks about the painful pain from one side of her head all the way down to her foot, as well as severe face pain. I have suffered the same exact pain for years. The histamine connection is something I came upon awhile thus why I have had to eliminate many foods and chemicals that raise my histamine level. It is almost impossible to exclude all but I am hopeful to see more light shed on this.
