    Great article !!!
    I may be at risk of low zinc, I know it def doesn't hurt to take it along with some other supplements i take.
    I did take extra zinc when I had a cold and it subsided in 3 days compared to the absence of zinc, so in that case I do believe it is essential in a healthy body.
    Will be adding more to my everyday diet!!!

      the artical doesnt say anything about the differences in types of zinc. the most common form thats in most ZMA products is different than the zinc asporotate. i only bring this up because the zinc asporotate IMO is far superior product. at least my trial and error between the three types ive found a big diffrerance

        I have taken a zma supplement for years before bed. Take it just incase I'm not getting enough in my diet. Plus it's great for recovery. It has worked great for me
