    A study with 29 men aged 20 – 46 has found that the herb Cissus quadrangularis over an 8 week period was able to significantly reduce joint pain.
    Cissus quadrangularis is best known for its traditional use in healing and strengthening bones. In the past few years, its anti-inflammatory properties are being documented, which are extending its potential benefits even to areas such as weight management.

    I'm a big fan of cissus, still need to run glucosamine, chondritin and msm but you can see results with it by itself very well
