    Supplementary glutamine is one of the better ways to shore up gut problems.

    Bodybuilders often take extra glutamine, a conditionally essential amino acid, because it appears to improve recovery and has been linked to growth hormone release.

    Because it is also the main fuel for the small intestine, supplementary glutamine is one of the better ways to shore up gut problems, according to the April ’12 Bottom Line Health.

    Start with about three grams a day, and work up to 10. Constipation is a sign that you’re using too much.

    Guess I need to be adding Glutamin to my regimen. I have a messed up gut so maybe this would help?

    Think I will try these Power Chews next.

      I have always used and believed in glutamine supplementation. Many says it's a waste, I disagree and take 10g daily and have for years.

        I take 10g intraworkout but I think ill add 10g everyday
