    Thanks baby, good article. I have some allergies and normally use benadryl when they act up. Also I do immunotherapy which has been a God send.

        Mast cells releasing histamine. Yep. Sounds about right. Been kicking my ass for a couple decades. I believe I heard it called cervicobrachial pruritus. No visible symptoms. Just an itch that will rage like there is no tomorrow. Way worse with sun or tanning beds. The only thing that stops it cold is ice. Hydrocortisone cream kind of helps. Have been to about 6 different specialists and not one could figure out why this itch hits me like that. Took a big allergy test. Nada. Nothing. No allergies. Its the damndest thing but have learned to live with it. When I go on a trip, I gotta take ziplock bags so I can pack my arms in ice at night if they start itching.
