    became allergic about 3 years ago and I miss them in my protein shakes. In my research, cause you know I research...I found than some people who are highly allergic to ragweed may also have problems with certain foods, like bananas. I am highly allergic to ragweed so whether it is a coincidence or not, I limit certain food in high ragweed season. The symptoms that correlate with ragweed tend to be oral and the bananas make my tongue swell. I have always had a jacked up immune system, but hoping for a calm down as age
