    I need all the help I can get in this dept. I'm 46 now, and when I turned 40...it's been downhill ever since lol

        A lot of good information !!!
        Training , and good foods are something I Do try to do. I did do naps , but with my new job, naps are not an option anymore, well maybe on Sundays , Maybe.
        There are also herbs out that have been shown to increase memory and brain cognitive abilities ! I believe I have a thread on here about that !!!
