    Sunscreen is bad for you. I know somoene who never went out of the house unless covered in sunscreen, well, this person got skin cancer

      Low D3 is very common in people my age. I was however surprised to hear from my Dr. that I needed to supplement after spending so much time in the sun all my life up to this day. I will gladly take D3 supplements and use sunscreen responsibly in order to dodge perilous skin cancer.
