    that is a lot. some folk will say 10 servings of fruit and get those fruit cups in syrup, bananas, peaches, and other high sugar fruits then wonder why they are getting fat.

    should say veggies with some fruit. interpretation is key

      I have to admit, I get a lot of my veggies in dried up powder form. Brocccoli, kale,cauliflower, beets, brussels sprouts etc etc Probably not as good as fresh, which I try to get whenever I can, but I know Im getting some veggies every single day in The Perfect Food powder
