Mine is 205 and hereditary, I do the best I can and it sucks cause nothing really works. I have been eating really plain and it gets depressing, especially seeing what other people are eating and they don't care ! I just looked at a nice bag of shrimp I bought and it was loaded ! like eating whole eggs ! Oh well, atleast I will look good when I have my stroke right ?Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
