    Thanks for this article it provoked quite a few questions that I now have. I would love to read more extensively on this subject. I was in shock 2 years ago when my DR. suggested adding D3 into my supplement regimen, I always believed that because I have lived in a very sunny cities that I had gained the benefits of high D3 simply because I am always in the sun. Now I have questions about why the need for supplement. Could my age or my workout regimen be depleting D3 faster than the sun can supply it?
