I used to drink a lot of diet soda. Glad I stopped. I have one every once in awhile...but 99% of the time...its water

Ditto here....used to be a diet dew every am. Now it's water. When I need a boost, I do dump 1/3 to 1/2 scoop of pre-workout in it.
