    Ginger-It burns like hell

    Anyone take Ginger capsules?
    I just took 2 turmeric ginger capsules and damn that shit burns
    I recommend people to take ginger. Loads of health benefits

        Heart burn, oh man. I dont think it does that to other people, I dont know why it burns so much. Its like serious acid reflux burning for about 20 minutes after I take it
        Maybe Im taking too much lol Naw just 2 capsules

          I have read that it can do that to some people. Maybe it is too much? Hopefully that is a side effect that will subside

              I wonder if I take it every day if I would get used to it and it wont burn. I dont take it all the time because of that

                Just try and see. I had to just take a break on my turmeric supp to see if it is causing this swelling in my calves and ankles. Just cause things are good doesnt mean we cant have weird reactions, you know?
