    but what is the context of the research? so many times it is very specific then reported very broadly.

    also food manufacturers do not want to add anything that would even raise the cost by $.01

    it eats into profits. if someone wants to be healthy let them eat healthy. it would just contribute to more obesity. fat people would say hell it's good for me I will have more rather than eating truly healthy options.
