I think that it due to electronics. No shit i see kids niw a days just sitting around playing games and not being out side. When i was a kid the 80s lol i wouldb outside every possible second. Shit now you can order anything off the net. No need to get up and go to walmart. Just order it... Also jobs now. Machines are doing the majority of the manual labor. I worked at a saw mill feom 16-18during summer break. All hand stacked now a machine doese that. I uses to bail hay old sqaure bails. Now mostly round bails you dont physically do shit with. Just an example.
