    Cool info Fuzo, when it comes to marathons most people just sike themselves out even tgough tgeyvare fully capable of doing it. I like to throw in some long distance races a few times a year just for the challenge to push myself. I don't not run regularly because I feel the wear and tear would be too much.
    I need to run 3X to train for a half marathon and 6x for a full.
