    That's a great article. I think another big reason people fail so quickly is because they don't see the results they want fast enough. Some one who goes from never working out or dieting sets out a plan and if the don't turn into a person on the cover of a magazine they give up. It's a life long process and in todays model of instant results its hard for a lot of people to wrap their head around the idea of a life style change. Thanks for posting that, great read.
