It took me 40yrs to learn what to drink and why. I think many kids just don't understand or care to understand then"why" vs their perceived solution. We are fighting billion dollar ad campaigns. As long as we don't give up we can still help some realize the "whys" of hydration and real energy. In fact, I would def say the people on this board are in the drivers seat to help influence and educate.Comment
