    I usually take glucosamine alongside fish oil, works well in the long run.

      I notice if taken at night it helps me sleep . have no idea why but it does, I haven't read anything about it related to rest but give it a try. not a full teaspoon about 4000 mg in with 8oz eggwhites 1 scoop protein powder and water to taste right before I get ready to hit the bed
