    i quit drinking for my fight. i have seen no improvement in any facet of training. i have lost no weight and the old tale about how it hurts cardio is just not true. i am a moderate drinker. 6-8 beers a week. been off for about a month

    also where did they get their numbers for calories? most med lagers have about 125-145 calories for 12oz. they said pint for their chart. 2 oz extra is not going to bring it up to 250 calories like they said. hell i dont know of a pint of beer with that many calories. sure there are some but not many i reckon

      i cut back on alcohol and cokes and it has helped

        I need to. I haven't done cardio since my Beats headphones got jacked at the gym and lots of JD hasn't helped the waistline. I figured if I cut out the soda it would help but since it was JD and coke zero its the JD making me fat
        You may not recognize your mom when you get home, I shaved her back.
