Is it necessary at such a low dose? I have gotten little Bumps in my nipples in the past but nothing that seemed serious. I read a bit and sounds like you will Actually start to swell around the nipples not just under the skin am I right? I've had nothin like that.

              Re: Caloric Intake???

I'm of the opinion that gyno should be prevented, not dealt with after the fact. I have had blood work done several times in order to determine how much AI I need to keep my estrogen in the male range, and now I know how much I need and have no issues whatsoever.

                  Re: Caloric Intake???

                  rnixon,

This is how I would set up your macros for a cut:

                  Protein-200 grams/day=800 calories
                  Fat-60 grams/day=550 calories
                  Carbs-135 grams/day=550 calories
                  total calories=1900

This is based off of your weight and activity level, which I determined to be "lightly active." Your BMR is 1700, meaning that if you were comatose, you would require 1700 cals to remain the same weight. With your activity, you burn about 2350 calories/day. I chose to put you in a 19% calorie deficit to burn off fat. This is not an exact science and may require adjustments after a couple weeks.

One cheat meal per week is allowed, meaning that you can add an additional 500 calories to your meal that day and it can be whatever you want.

I would also highly recommend working on getting your cardio up, it will help with the fat loss.

Cool that high hey. I will up my cardio more on my 2 weeks off as far a the Gh goes I think I will keep on it as it is working and I've heard nothing but good results with it.
I now wonder what the secret is to controlling your protein, fat, & carbs to such an exact an exact number??? Any suggestions for that and food types too up the right ones and not go high in others or calories???

As well I think I will go with some sort of anti estrogen
                    My Bro suggested Clomid
                    Any feedback on it?
I think the blood work is also an excellant idea Bc like u said maintain not fix after the fact.
How would you go about this?
Start an anti ester and then blood work or see what it is at first?
I'll search for some numbers/info to keep me so called male. It hope that the doc should have those guidelines.
                    Thanks again
                    Rob

                      Re: Caloric Intake???

I would suggest using a site like fitday.com to find foods that will fill the macros.

Honestly bro, I feel that you need to do a ton more research on aas and ancillaries. I'd start reading all the stickies on a few boards and really spend some time reading the anabolic sections. I'm talking lots and lots of hours. I'm suggesting this because you don't even know about SERMS and AI's, which is very basic info needed to use aas properly.
These are serious drugs with serious side-effects and risks that require an in depth understanding about how they work.

I'm not flaming at all, just being honest with you.

Ok I looked at fitday before but have been using my fitness pal. The app for it works well tracking.
I've read a bit about serms before long time ago and knew about taking things for estrogen but mainly went with what my friend told me when I cycled before. Now that I am reding there is a lot to it. A lotta time that is hard to find and I shouldn't have rushed into it. I've always been told that keeping your doses really low sides were not needed to be worried about much.

Hey. Exphys88 & F.I.S.T. Just thought I would let ya know I did read the entire stickies in AAS section still would like to read the dictionary link but haven't gotten there yet. All makes sense and it is unfortunate that I didn't do this years ago Bc I like to learn and it makes sense that if newbies are to lazy to do the research y would you waste your time helping them :-) unfortunately it was just not knowing for me but now I do and will def. be changing the way I do things. Getting some arimidex or nolvadex ASAP and some clomid for post cycle.
                          Cheers
