Good post.Only makes sense that something that is good for you to eat would be equally as healthy and actually more so for an unborn child.You're actually helping that childs system before its finished being set up.Having them take in healthy foods during pregnancy can help the child build a better immune system,antioxidant absorption and processing,digestive capabilities,etc making that child a healthier post born child and person over all as he/she ages.
