Good read.The problem is that these so called experts in the FDA determine what the safe limits of substances in food are by possibilities of what could happen if too much is ingested and if ANY 1 case shows signs of having issues with this minute trace element then its labeled as toxic.
Also,what is not taken into account is the bodies own immune system.How many have ever eaten off a food cart or from a vendor in an old farmers market? Do you think they are as sanitary as the FDA would like? How many times have you gotten sick off of it? Rarely if ever? Your body has a self defense mechanism in which it will fight off such things.Its called the immune system.LOL.
