There are ways you can change your diet now that will effectively reduce your chances of getting this disease later in life. After the age of forty, you should begin to get your prostate checked annually. If you are at risk it is important to get it checked earlier.

    African American males

    Excessive alcohol consumption

    Have you had a vasectomy?

To prevent prostate cancer, you have start now and change your diet and lifestyle.

Eat a diet low in fat. This has many other benefits such as weight loss, more energy, and reduced chance of heart disease.
