    I read an article that if you eat leafy veggies you negate all detrimental effects from grilled red meat. It did not say anything about processed meats.

      So far Ive never seen a single study that says eating red meat extends your life. Not one. Grass fed or corn fed, it all shortens your life. But I keep eating it anyway LOL
