    IMO this is the healthiest way to eat. i just love bread. My firefighter buddies do crossfit and they all eat paleo. Many of these guys are shredded ripped at my age 50ish.

      Yes I have seen people get really good results with this diet. Jut not for me tho. I say this all the time. Everything in moderation
