    I have been doing this during the week for about 2 months. I feel good. I have dropped 10# of fat as well as I was not eating well as all. So I eat lunch and dinner and a shake after training before dinner. so basically I eat lunch at 2pm and dinner at 7pm. It was hard at first as i was always hungry but now i have gotten used to it and I actually feel better.
