    Yeah this is a good article. and like it says only need slightly more calories. I see fat ass preggo women 2 months in say "I am eating for two!" and chow down on all sorts of crap. No you are eating for you and something not even the size of a lima bean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Lots of fish oil too. EPA and DHA are super important to brain development as well as vitamin D3
