    the studies on milk is just as bad as the ones on coffee ... today it's bad, tomorrow it's good. It's like a psycho ex lol.

    Good read nonetheless. Milk has a lot going on.

          agree. but people will take this out of context. milk is pretty damn good for 99% of people. but then because it MAY cause RA in a SMALL % of folk it will get a hit.

            seems that more and more people are leaving dairy out of their diets despite some of its nutritional value

                What about the science that says the calcium in cows milk is barely absorbed by humans? Broccoli has better calcium in it. I just saw a cow wearing a sign that said "eat more brocolli"
