  • Overtraining symptoms and treatment

"Overtraining" is a problem that must be addressed. Overtraining occurs when the stress on the body exceeds the body's ability to recover from workouts.

    Re: Overtraining symptoms and treatment

For whatever reason, I couldn't access the link. But, just the title of the thread is enough! Overtraining (especially when just starting out or coming off of a long lay off) is so common that it's not even remotely funny!

The human body can and WILL find reasons to get out of exercise if you rush it! "i'm too tired, i'm too sore, and i'm hungry and don't feel like working out" will all come out of an out of shape person's mouth at some point.

Ease back into it is BF's advise. Week one - 50%, Week two - 55%, Week three - 60%, Week four - 65%..... just an example and by no means a rule.

Cant access link either but like bf said title is enough. When gaining size strength i have no issues but when cutting i run myself down bigtime. I train higher volume, add intense cardio, and cut cals. Usually sleep less too cause i am getting up for am cardio. All equals me crashing
