If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I've been reading up on FST-7 and incorporated it into a workout last night. This is the system where a body part is hit with seven sets of 10-15 reps with a 30-45 second rest between sets for the last exercise of the routine. I felt an amazing pump after for sure. Anyone trained with this system and how were the results?
ill do it but honestly i have mad add and like to try by instinct so ill do it here and there but yea i do love it and it has its purpose i just dont do it regularly because i switch up my lifts every week
