On Thursdays, I typically do back/bi's. Would it be better to do back on Thursdays and bi's on Friday. I've been told not to do them together. Any advice???

i dont think doing them together will hurt you. however, youre intensity level may suffer. for me back is a *****, so i would tend to let my intensity suffer. also, youre gym should be fairly dead on friday, which is always good for a loud and heavy lift.
I tried to work them together but like said above,by the time back was over it was hard to really get a good bi workout. My split now is
chest
back
off
legs
shoulders
arms
off
repeat
If I do tri's on Monday along with my chest workout, would it be ok to work tri's again on Friday with bi's?
