  • Bi's and Back Advice

    On Thursdays, I typically do back/bi's. Would it be better to do back on Thursdays and bi's on Friday. I've been told not to do them together. Any advice???
    I AM EL NINO!!! All other tropical storms must bow before El Nino. Yo soy El Nino. For those of you who dont habla espanol, El Nino is Spanish for,THE NINO!!!

    i dont think doing them together will hurt you. however, youre intensity level may suffer. for me back is a *****, so i would tend to let my intensity suffer. also, youre gym should be fairly dead on friday, which is always good for a loud and heavy lift.

      I tried to work them together but like said above,by the time back was over it was hard to really get a good bi workout.My split now is
      chest
      back
      off
      legs
      shoulders
      arms
      off
      repeat

        If I do tri's on Monday along with my chest workout, would it be ok to work tri's again on Friday with bi's?

          If that is the case I would hit your tris light when with chest and then hard on monday with bi's

            Doing them together is fine. Just make sure that you go smart on the biceps at the end of your workout so you don't hurt yourself.
