  • question about my first cycle

    i weigh 200 lbs im 5'10 and i worked out 8 months prior to my cylce. I want to know if working out four days a week and I only hiting each musscle once in a week is that good enough for my first cycle or should i work them out harder?

    If you work it out good and heavy there should be no problem. I train each body part twice a week, with one day hitting it heavy and the next time light. But I never go heavy both times.

      i think you can train certain things once, and others twice.
      chest, legs, tris, shoulders and back once per week
      claves ( i know), bis, traps more often. you should be fine training them twice.
      you have to figure that during chest you hit shoulders a little, and during shoulders you hit tris, and during back may hit some glutes, etc. just my theory, and it works fine for me.

        Hitting each bodypart once per week is fine. Go more so on how you feel than by how many days a week you train.
