I want to work out on mon tues thurs fri.

    I was thinking of
    monday-chest/tris
    tuesday-back/bis/forearms
    wednseday-off
    thurdsday-legs
    friday-shoulders

How does everyone think that this sounds?

    I have always done mon/wed/fri.....chest/tri back/bis...legs/shoulders.

Whatever works for you bro. For a 4 day split, working 1 bodypart per week, I like this one:

    Mon - Chest, Delts
    Tue - Back, Traps
    Wed - Off
    Thu - Legs, Abs
    Fri - Arms, 4arms

BTW, I used to do the exact mwf routine you did. Peace

Do what feels right bro. I train each body part twice a week. I go heavy one day and the other time I train I go medium weight.

      Mondays- Chest/Biceps

      Tuesdays- Legs/back

      Wednesdays- Shoulders/Triceps

      Thursdays-Rest

      Fridays- Mondays Workouts

      Staurdays- Tuesdays Woukouts

      Sundays- Wednesdays

Hey it workds for me. There are days I take off 2 days for rest depends if I wanna train or not.

That seems like a good program...mayber I'll follow that.
Do you ever get your hams sore from deadlifts, then have to lift thursday?

When I do D/L it is usually on Leg day. I just feel it there more. But I have used a split where I work Legs and Back together. Its usually when I'm pressed for time.

              This is my favorite:

              day1 Chest-Bi's-Calves
              day2 Lower back-Hammy's-Abs
              day3 Back-Tri's-Forearms
              day4 legs-Traps-Calves

              My calves lag a little

              PIT
