So burpees are supposed to be a pretty well rounded all body exercise and cardio. What kind of shape would I get in doing a nothing but burpees workout? Say 100 burpees a day?

I suppose its better than doing zilch. Burpees kick your freakin ass and 100 burpees would probably help to melt fat off. Aint going to add much muscle mass but it will work your ass out, no doubt.

100 burpees is even hard to say. The visualization makes me tired, however, if it kicks your ass it is probably effective. My ankles couldn't take 100 though.Veritas Vos Liberabit
